A message dated February 19, 1998, was read stating the Governor is            
transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:           
                                                                               
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 7                                             
Proposing an amendment to the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State               
Legislature relating to notice of committee meetings held during
